
Senior Citizen Programs
Mobile Medical Unit- S.O.A.R. will be running a Mobile Medical Unit that operates within low-income neighborhoods in Riverside to provide basic medical attention, as well as prescription medication delivery. These services are provided free of charge for homeless individuals, homeless shelters, and to senior citizens who lack transportation.
Computer Lab- S.O.A.R. and the Stratton Center have teamed up to create a computer lab. This lab will be operating at the Stratton Center as soon as the facilities have been upgraded and are computer ready. Please check back to this page for updated information on the opening date.
The Computer Lab will have 26 computers, scanners and printers. The program will have a 26 week course on Computer Proficiency will be offered Monday - Friday. The current computer lab hours are:

Senior Citizen Counseling
S.O.A.R. offers several different counseling programs in order to help senior citizens who are having problems that they cannot handle, cannot control or just do not know how to deal with. Additionally, the project offers assistance in helping participants to find a trained professional. S.O.A.R. offers counseling in the following areas:

Family Counseling
Crisis Intervention
Self Esteem and Self Worth
Drug/Alcohol Prevention
Conflict Resolution
Crime and Violence Prevention
Victim Awareness
HIV/Aids Awareness
Life Skills Training
